Returns Policy

We do not offer a refund for a change of mind.

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. You must have the original receipt, and the item(s) must be in as sold condition. If you wish to exchange your product, customers are able to return their item(s) to Vue Media Styling Co at their own expense and will be issued with their choice of exchange for another item or a credit voucher. No refund is available if you change your mind.

Our 7 day exchange policy does not apply to furniture, rugs or artwork. Furniture, rugs or artwork purchases cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned.

If you believe your item is faulty, or not as described, please contact Vue Media Styling Co to exchange or refund the product.

Please contact Vue Media Styling Co. on media@vuemediastyling.com.au should you wish to exchange an item or receive a credit note, or if you believe your product is faulty.

Please include any photos of the faulty or damaged item(s) along with a detailed description on the fault or damage.

We do not accept any returns that require payment upon delivery. These items will be refused and are at the expense of the customer. Please ensure return shipping is fully paid for in advance.
